my address book already had the fields set to 'main'. It's the blackberry that can't register main as a category to sync them properly to my phone.
so this mapping, i can essentially set desktop...

I'm not familiar with how to do this.
basically, i dont want to spend hours going through all 1200+ of my contacts having to make sure the number isn't listed as a 'main'. that'll take forever......

address book issue
so i installed blackberry desktop manager that came with my 9700. great.
go to sync and about 400 of my 1200 contacts are messed up. in my address book i have some numbers listed as 'main'. none...
