Issue is resolved. The problem was a hidden folder in her mailbox. The folder was called: ~MAPISP(Internal) and is not visiable from Outlook. We used MFCMAPI to view it. After we deleted the folder...

I put the user on her own MAGT and gave it to RIM. I'm on the phone with them now troubleshooting. I'm want to try and activate her on our ole 4.1.7 servers and see if we have the same issue.

I have to try that trick.

Every time I've tried before (without the renaming trick) it pops up and says you have to wipe this device before you can activate a new address.

Redirection is completely disabled.

We have about 50 users with that OS and no issue. Most people upgrade there phones once a year, or every two years at the latest, so we don't normally do OS...

Thanks for the KB, but I don't think this is the same issue. It is close, but we are not getting those same events in the application logs, and also says to fix the issue upgrade to BES 5.0.1 or BES...
