dont know anything about service books, and they are definately not hidden....have restarted this phone probably 30 times and still no email or message icons...so weird that they just disappeared for...

took the battery out twice to restart my phone.....thats all I did and lost my email and my message icons

lost icons
I restarted by 8350i and lost my messge icon from my menu screen...restarted it again and now my email icon is gone....help!
