I did a few searches and couldn't find any answers to my problem.
I had to install a new sim card. I called Nextel (pita) Got the phone working. I can't get my number to change on the phone screen...

Just got off the phone with nextel blackberry- Seems you can't switch a 7520 Sim card to a 7100i because the 7520 is a 36 memory Sim and you need a 64 memory for the 7100i. They are not...

I don't think it ever got stock but it is in the wrong place! It took awhile to get use to, I was canceling calls with my other fingers on the side.
