I am using unlocked verizon mobile in India,...

I am using unlocked verizon mobile in India, network lock is Inactive, still I am not able to use data services. Vodafone says that it is network locked.
How to solve this?
Some body pl. help.

I am using unlocked verizon mobile in India, now it shows Vodafone IN on screen.
