When I ran the SyncToy today, the log showed a BBthumbs.dat file in the sync error log, but I was unable to find it. Any ideas?

Can this be accomplished by searching for "BBthumbs.dat" and just removing he file from the card? Will the Windows Explorer find that file on the card?
