i have blckberry 9900 unlock from at&t, from which vendor or website or what kind of update can i install because i'm thinking that if i update to the one of MTN nigeria, it will be locked

but 9930 also have GSM, its like 9900 is embedded in 9930

I've call them they said my bis is okay, i'm even able to log on to their website mtnnigeria.blackberry.com.
but I don't know why my bis is not working. one thing I forget to add is that the bis go...
