delete all gmail service books under options >...

delete all gmail service books under options > advanced > service books and then log into your bis site BlackBerry Internet Service (http://www.att.blackberry.com) and resend the service books

well not only do you have to wait for the carrier...

well not only do you have to wait for the carrier to allow it, you have to wait for RIM to update the NA servers as well
