Agree with Kamibu. I have the Otter and its great. The plugs need to be put in accurately to make it sleek but when they are in the case is great protection. Does not add significant weight.

Vlingo update issue

I just updated Vlingo for Bold 9700 and now it wont work. Simply will not go to 'listening'. Convenience key does not work and neither does going to the Vlingo app itself. Any ideas?

I had same issue and had to exchange phone as well. Some items that may cause it are a weak Bluetooth headset signal (for whatever reason) and damaged phone.

Try reinstalling the headset as well.

I am using Desktop Manager volume 4.7.
