I am not too sure... I am on unlimited with 3 uk (but that's meant to be 1GB)
I have a small program that I use to download iplayer programmes ,it works great and you do not have to worry about...

I found this too...What seems to happen is when you delete the emails they go to the trash , which the BB does not seem to notice...as it treats it like any folder. If you empty the trash on you...
