RMA on Bell doesn't yield anything except a repair, where you have to send the phone back and lose it for a few weeks..morons. They used to be like Rogers, but changed to this new system a year or...

The double key press is seemingly hardware related. I've had it for quite some time. Downgrading to older versions where the issue was not originally present has not resolved the issue for me. ...
