Just repeated the process -- same issue. Still...

Just repeated the process -- same issue. Still no access to C:/TEMP.

I have to figure out how to write to that drive.

Edit:

I checked permissions, but still cannot write to C:TEMP

I'm having problems installing the software for my new 8330.

I've tried both the CD and the on-line installs, and have also checked the help...
