I'm now on replacement phone number 3 and still the same stutter typing issue. I was told it's a software corruption. I did everything they said to do, update the OS and a selective restore....

I love my 9780, I too have the stutter typing and such. I've heard that if your phone happened to be manufactured in Mexico, you're bound to have some issues. Sadly, mine was manufactured there....

Blackberry in jeans pocket leads to a trackball that does not want to work properly. I now will no longer throw it in my pocket at work.
