I just noticed that they have released pocketmac 3.12 for Tiger that will fix the sync issue. Hopefully it works. I will try email next time instead of issueing a trouble ticket.

yup. I have submitted a trouble ticket and I agree, they are not very helpful. Their so called "knowledge base" and FAQs are also lacking, in a big way. I hope that they are working on this issue...

I agree with geekman686. Go for the newer model... much faster speed, bluetooth, and so sleek. If you only have the choice between the 6750 and 7750, go for the colour screen.

Man, i felt exactly the same way. Until you actually start using that thing, you have no idea how much you will enjoy it. It cost me quite a bit, but I just love my BB 7250!

I just got the 7250 for Bell, it's an amazing machine. If you are worried about your usage, you should definately consider signing up with Bell as their unlimited usage allows you more than 25MB.
