Trust me, I would love to get away from verizon but I travel alot in the midwest and their coverage area is the best.

I think it can also be done. I also have a Razr with verizon and I read up alot on motomodders.net and the howard forums and found alot of ways to hack that phone and re enable alot of the phones...

I have a verizon 8703e and would like to tether it to my laptop but don't want to pay the $15 monthly to do so.. Is there a hack out there to make this possible?
