9900 black screen when locks!!

9900 black screen when locks!!

my bb9900 bold suffered slight water damage, left it to dry for a couple weeks, now works fine untill i lock it or oi automatically locks, goes into black screen and wont come out ov it without...

tryin to unlock my 9300 which is currently on the 3 network to work on vodafone, ive tried installing new software through apploader after i recieved error 507 but still no luck, get invalid sim card...
