So you're saying the red line is an indicator, but the fact that it is displaying a red line does not mean its been activated (aka wet)? What does it look like activated? all pink?

Thanks for the reply - I wasn't using the flash in that second picture, so that the metal backing didnt reflect teh flash, so that you guys could see the square. It's white on mine :)
