1) Go to the Add or Remove Programs Control Panel applet (Start > Run > appwiz.cpl )
2) Locate the reference to "BlackBerry Enterprise Server", select it and then click "Click here for support...

This seems to be happening daily since last monday (a week ago) and I haven't been able to find anything helpful in regards to this issue.

Because it's an SBS server and IIS was on before BAS. It was working fine until recently. Taking IIS off would break the other functionality of the server.

I'm seen BB work on machines that have IIS before.

Does the log make any sense to you?

Hi Everybody.

I have a client who has been experiencing the following issue:

When they log into the BES Administration service it gives all sorts of apache errors.

Restarting BES and IIS...
