One of them is getting a new device today. We are looking at the other 3 as options as well... they're running 8830's so the contracts should be expired by now.
We have 4 other people still using...

Database backups are not an issue, we do full backups nightly to tape and keep at least 3 days back on disk on the SQL server itself and periodically restore them to ensure they're good.

Having inherited (like many of us) the role of BES admin, I've been reviewing loads of documentation (wow is there a lot of it) for a planned upgrade and just wanted some expert advice...
