Hi I had an older version of desktop manager on my pc and I updated it now it doesn't recognize my USB ports , What should I do ?:?

Its Fine as long as I am touching it but if I stop for a minute it goes dark kinda like a screen saver , Any Ideas?:?

Thanx I actually got it to work ! I kept getting the message make sure the device is inserted correctly So Im thinking how can it be wrong ? So I tilted the computer over from back to front to look...

I downloaded the desktop software from the disck and when I plug the ubs in the DTM says that it is disconnected and in the options connections it says the USB is not detected :?

I don't know how to do this when I click on the green phone I get a list of numbers but they are the one I called ! also what do those 2 blue arrows
blinking mean ?

It was working fine yesterday,and yes it was charged , Might I have touched a wrong button ?It lets me input the number but when I go to click the track ball to call the number nothing happens :cry:

How long does a blackberry stay charged ? I know it depends on use but in general ,Also where on my blackberry does it show what kind of bb it is version etc ?
