You may need to know your exchange server domain. I has BIS and access my work though it. I needed my domain name / user name in my user name field. Once I did this it have been working flawlessly...

keeping it clean
I use baby wipes on the keyboard and the screen. I do not use it on the trackball. I had some issues with the trackball getting stuck so I only use canned air to blow any dirt or debris off.
