Good point, I missed the fact that it works at home well. Now I'm wondering if the Gym is restricting him for some reason or is overloaded. Also try a different browser if one is on the phone....

The only thought i have is there is a conflict in the network settings. You might try turning off the wireless cell network and just have the WIFI on.
Also make sure the files are not being stored...
