I am trying to enter an unlock code into an 8820, I have tried the generic instructions and for 8800, but neither work, are ther instructions specific to this model available??

The instructions are followed to the letter,...

The instructions are followed to the letter, however as nothing is coming up on the screen it's impossible to tell which stage is not working

I have a BB 7100t, bought an unlock code, but when I entered it it did not work, I have entered 3 times and now says locked! Is there anyway I can reset the unlock attempts??
