i don't know why other people have so many problems with the phone, i have the desktop manager that came with the phone, i had 2 updates already and the only issue that i have had is the texting...

yes, this website works for nextel, i have a 8350i and i download the ringtones from there, is very cool... just you need to Download ringtone for old models (AMR) and transfer to your phone by email...
