It can take 24 hours for data to come through. Usually its much faster but I have seen a full day go by before data flowed. Now that they've sorted your account properly, try another battery pull...

If you don't have the Personal Email setup option it means you don't have a BlackBerry data plan active on your account. You should ring up Bell and have them check that it's on your account and that...
