That is a nuisance. Some people have reported problems with other programs that don't like the firewall. I was having problems with VR+ so I disabled my firewall. This application has to be signed.

For a larger file, I'd rather have "Go to line {number}" or incremental search. But these may be harder to implement.

I think move top/bottom is useful, but move up/down 10% rather useless. Unless...

Good idea for a file that is named "New.txt". But this is not a desktop we're talking about, so it's a bad idea for a file named, say, "Interesting facts.txt". Something that 30 seconds of testing...
