My only option left to fix my phone is to wipe my handheld. ( according to someone that had the same problem as me , he did it and it worked fine for him. ) -

1. How do i perform a "wipe handheld"
2. What exactly does it delete? just my addrese book/text messages and other things ive added on my phone since ive gotten it?
3. Can i do this without a usb port? ( i dont have one )
