When I insert the sim card from 8700 to 8310 the phone and internet works, but I don't get my work email on it. So if I set up a BIS account on the 8310 with my work email address, would I get my work emails on the 8310? or would I have to add the 8310 to the BES server? If anyone know, please let me know. I don't know if my work would let me add the 8310 to the BES server, so I'm trying to find a work around to it.
You have to do an Enterprise Activation using the password that your BES admin gives you in order to have e-mail, calendar and everything else to work on the new device. Otherwise you just have phone and internet.
