hate the Motorola Razr with a passion:
- Highest defect rate among my friends and acquaintances
- Makes the stupid bloop-bloop-bloop sound that can propagate through an auditorium when you try to put it on silent. I think good phones are discreet.
- Roommate misses a call in the middle of the night when I was trying to sleep. The phone beeps every 10 minutes or so.
So for Motorola, we have RAZR, KRZR, ROKR, RIZR... what's next? LOZR (pronounced "loser")?
Going back on topic, the reason why I suggested getting a breakdown of the number of devices still in service is because it not only provides a fair battleground for someone looking for a durable phone, but it also is a more fair metric to determine who truly has more market share.
