I have the unlocked 8900 from Rogers and my carrier is Cincinnati Bell. I cannot, however, get my phone to connect to BIS, even though I have the plan through Cincy Bell. I'm a beginner when it come to the best phones ever. Is there anyone who may be able to help me with this issue. If you can get it to work for there would be a reward.
