Default How satisfied are you with Verizon's billing ?

i started a similar poll with regard to verizon's '3G' service for blackberry, and i wanted to start this one as well to get opinions about verizon's billing....

i had verizon once about 2.5 years ago, and i hated it. i don't remember details, but i do remember suprises/unexpected charges every once in a while. i do remember once i had received an outrageously large bill (about 4 times my standard monthly activity).

i am the type of phone user that knows my minutes/messages/etc. that are included in my plan, and i don't normally go over. at times when i do go over, it is not by a lot, about 10-20 bucks and not more than that.

in the past 2 years with tmo, i know in advance that my bill will go over when i have unusually heavy phone traffic in the month or call/sms overseas without going thru my calling card.

i'd like to hear some of your experiences, so i can make a decision on whether i'd want to switch to verizon this summer....
