I believe there are some custom L themes now available for the 8900.

The 8900 will start dialing as well as long as you're not in an application. Remember, the number buttons are a small portion of the keyboard and only those keys will being dialing.

The browser will zoom in if it's not over a button, hotlink, or other selectable area. So if you're browsing a webpage, clicking in whitespace or text that is too small to read will zoom in.
