That is a fair assumption.
As far as poor support it mainly depends on the person you get on the phone... but the same can be said for any/all carriers.
I use to do help desk support... It was a real pain in the @$$... Really depends who you get on the phone everyone is different, I like to think I was good at it, but listening to other people it really made me wonder.
