i just find it wrong thats its a school doing this, they are suppose to teach what is out their. not lock to a device.
unix/linux/osx/windows and all that should exists, even if its 1 lab, of each, just get a understanding of other systems. and how they work.

this was one problem i have when they also teach courses, its all windows based. which is very wrong, unix, osx and other system, you should also be taught how to use.

this is for people who are getting into the field. and as an educational institute it should be open to what else is out their. not lock it to 1 type, 1 platform.

while its good that they made it mandatory for financial aid, why not other devices?

but i'll end this now, since i think we might hit an off topic in this.

i still believe schools are bias and are in the stone ages when it comes to pc's and teaching about technology.
