Not in BES 4.1.x
I have not fully explored this functionality in 5 - what version of BES are you on?
Anyway, for 4.1.6 BBM data on devices is backed up and restored when a new device EA'd, but there is
no way to push a list of BBM contacts from BES to BBs.
