After some investigations, issue may be caused by an idiot: Our vendor may have ask to our provider to stop the business mail server option
Why ? Don't know ! But it's probably more an office problem than a technical one...
The Option has just been reactivated and we have to wait until tomorrow to confirm the issue. So I'll be back tomorrow to tell you if it's ok or not before updating anything. (but updating stays a good thing to do anyway
