It should fill the entire screen, but depending on what theme you have loaded, it may not look like it. The Cingular theme has stripes across the top and bottom. Have you tried selecting a different theme and seeing how it looks?

I will try different themes. Currently i use the dimensions icon theme. Thanks for the help.
