The recent BBM upgrade has caused many users headaches to say the least including myself. 5.0 has a feature that allows you to create a backup of your contacts onto your memory card or device memory. Hopefully you have already done that. With that said, the only way I was able to reload BBM software (after disappearing) was to delete the application (I did this from the App World list) and reload a fresh copy. The only problem is if you do not have a contact backup you will have to manually reinstall them. There may be a more technical solution, but I'm not the technician
