Sounds like your BB can't connect to RIM. What I see is:
Blackberry Infrastructure
Address Used: //204.187.87.88:443
IP Used: 204.187.87.88:443;60468
Connecting: <green check>
Authenticating router: <green check>
Authenticating server: <green check>

There is also a DNS Lookup tool (if you have a domain name you can try to see if the domain lookup is working), and a Ping tool which can use either a domain name or an IP address. If you can ping the Infrastructure server then the hotspot may be blocking, but more likely proxying port 443, and that may be the problem.

In the Diagnostics in the Wi-Fi section make sure you have a gateway address and a DNS address. If you don't have those there is something wrong with the router or BB configuration.
