havent been able to receive emails, bbms, etc. it says my radio is off but i cant figure out how to turn it back on.

I went to "Manage Connections" Icon, and check the box next to "Mobile Network." Even when the box is checked and the circle next to it turns green, it is still saying my radio is turned off.
So when I scroll down to "services status" is says that my blackberry internet service is "not connected." How do I fix this?? PLEASE HELP!!!! thanks so much!!
