For other reasons, I needed to do a full wipe of my 9700. (Danged IT policy not letting me update application permissions) Did a full backup & Device Switch backup. I did a Reset to Factory using JL_comander. Then did a full wipe of the OS. I reloaded the OS and all my APPs and restored my backup. Everything working like I wanted.. and then I see.. I have full control of the FB app again. Was able to set it all like I did the first time. And everything is now working properly.

FB has always been the most troublesome of BB apps. Worked much better on iPhone and Android. This app REALLY needs an update.
