The ringtones in the drop down are not the entire list. At the bottom of the drop down menu, there's an "All Alerts..." choice. That list contains mostly short alert sounds but I noticed that some of the old ring tones have been put in there. Not sure why 10 second+ tones are in that "All Alerts..." menu instead of being at the top level for ringtones. Some of the old ones I liked are in there but not sure if they brought all the old ring tones over.
