403 Forbidden

i'm having problems connecting to my cox.net server on a blackberry, it gives me a "403 Forbidden" error wich sais:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /judeliysgomez/rings/ on this server.

Apache/1.3.26 Server at members.cox.net Port 80
does any1 have any idea how to solve that problem (and yes i did post this in the "ADPCM Ringtones [True Audio Ringtones for 7100 handhelds] - NOT FOR 7100i" topic, but i'm not sure if any1 looks in there any more
