hi,
m new to BB features, i have an inquiries pertaining to the right conveniences keys which the shortcut for camera, however, i tried to click but the doesn't come out, i tried few suggestions like re-switch between the right convenience key to the left key and then to reformat on right key again but the problem still persist.
does all 9700 model having problems like these?
should i get a new BB or what's the best suggestion?
