I have been using the Tungle app available on the Blackberry App World. Doesn't have the greatest tech support and takes some getting used to, but this will probably do the job for you. The entire purpose is to bring together and sync multiple calendars. They do not even have to be on Outlook.

I use multiple profiles in Outlook with various email addresses and I do not have a problem.
