Not true. Sprint offers one through sprintrelay.com ($40/mo for unlimited data and phone as modem). No voice minutes included.
Still for that price, I suspect a BB 9330 on Virgin Mobile for $25/mo is a better option. Unlimited text and data and no contract. It comes with 300 minutes per month, but you can just keep your number to yourself and then no one will call you.
