This is my first post and it is a problem I have.

I have worked as a technician running a BES (1000 users)

Currently my company wants to consolidate its system of BB.

We're talking about 30,000 users who currently are spread across 9 countries.

The idea is to centralize it in only place and support the 9 countries. I have been asked to make a design, architecture ....
and after a migration plan.
I am gathering information on the different countries to see how they are currently mounted.

-BES and version number (4.0, 4.1, 5.0, ...)
-SQL database (size, version, ...)
-Exchange / Lotus Domino


Once you have all the information.

What is my next step?
Have I left something to ask?
