I have a Torch and the phone speaker appears to have stopped working. You can put it on speaker phone and it works but in regular phone mode it does not. The caller can hear me but I cannot hear them.

Do these work off of the same speaker?

Is there something that can be done to make it work again?

Battery has been removed and rebooted to no avail.
