The sticky thread for this problem looked useless to me. Huge thread and I couldn't easily find the solution.
Is there a FAQ that this problem is included on.
I found that ACTUAL solution to the problem but the closed thread doesn't allow me to thank the user who posted the solution, vendetta. I've no idea where they user got the solution but its simple enough.

Basically, remove cover. Go to grey box surrounding the flash, gently with your finger nail on top lift slightly
Problem fixed.
I'm sorry I'm not very adapt at searching this forum yet. Hate being a noob. Got other things in my life other than my phone.
