in 5.03 MR2 (MR3 if you need to sync more then 2000 users i believe) you can use the AD sync tool which is part of the enterprise server resource kit. you just create a group in BAS assign roles, software configs, what ever... then schedule the tool to sync on a server.

just search blackberry Ad sync tool
it is really easy to setup and i just use a scheduled task on a utility server to run it
default run line for the task would be some thins along these lnes depending on where you installed it

main thing is the -execute to make it work proper i believe
